Supplier of ready cold mix asphalt, chemicals and equipment for road maintenance and asphalt pavement industry: • Ready cold mix asphalt manufactured in Bulgaria. This is an all – year – round product and its main applications include maintenance and pothole repairs of roads, bridges and airports, repairs after utility cuts, insulation layers under oil reservoirs. It has very long shelf life - more than two years loose, and practically unlimited when packed. The cold mix also has very wide temperature range of -30 to +45 degrees Celsius, can be applied during very hot, very cold, rainy and snowy days, traffic is opened immediately. Each produced batch first has to pass a successful striping test, and after that is tested according to AASHTO T27, AASHTO T30, AASHTO T96, AASHTO T104, AASHTO T164, AASHTO T182 and ASTM D2726 (major American testing methods which are worldwide standard in asphalt pavement). And we provide a Certificate of Origin from the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce. The cold mix is packed in plastic bags, 25 kg each bag and is palletized for shipping. Our current production capacity is up to 500 tons per month, it can be increased upon demand; • Concentrate intended for manufacturing cold mix asphalt - Perma Patch. Main advantages: - Very low dosage - max 0.15% per tonne (1.375 kg to 1.5 kg); - Very long shelf life of the ready cold asphalt - more than two years loose, and practically unlimited when packed; - Very wide temperature range of -30 to +45 degrees Celsius for the cold mix, applicable during the cold, rainy and snowy days, as well as a long life of the pavement; - Usage during rainy, snowy or extremely hot period; - Origin – Canada. This is an excellent product which provides high cost saving for the manufactures due to its low dosage, and very wide temperature range. The cold asphalt manufactured with Perma Patch is already used in US, Canada,Bulgaria, Lithuania, Georgia, Oman, Libya, Russian Federation, Yakutia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine and India, thus proving that it can be applied during various, sometimes severe weather conditions. • Liquid Binder consisting of pre-manufactured mixture of diesel, bitumen and Perma Patch concentrate which just has to be mixed with the aggregate and to get the final cold mix asphalt; • Reinforced plastic bags with a handle and anti-scratching surface for cold mix asphalt packaging; • Equipment for manufacturing and packaging (bagging machine) cold mix asphalt; • Additive for manufacturing warm mix asphalt – Evotherm 3G; • Joint and crack sealing materials and kettles; • Anti – icing materials; • Pigments for coloring hot mix and cold mix asphalt; • Modular mobile and stationary asphalt plants on demand; • Supplier of Iron Silicate Fines – ready to use source of iron for the production of cement clinker.
